Dear CGM parents and neighbords, Project HOPE is back again this year with another survey opportunity. They want to hear from you about the community and its resources for children. Tuesday, Feb 12, at the CGM building from 6:30-8:30 PM. Food and childcare will be provided!

common ground troy launches

Common Ground Troy has officially launched in Troy, Alabama.

Former CGM summer intern Clint Free and his family moved from Mobile, Alabama, to Troy after working with Trinity Family Ministries for several years.

Their inaugural after school program is looking to start in February and are currently recruiting volunteers to help out.

For the last day of the program before the holiday break, our students had a dance party. And some of them, when they stopped dancing, decided to get a quick picture taken at the makeshift photobooth.

Before we closed for Thanksgiving week, one of staffers wanted to make sure the students all had a change to get a Pre-Thanksgiving Warm-Up Meal to get them through the holiday right. Ms. Brown cooked a large meal, and then we had a service group from Goodwyn Mills Cawood that helped serve the food. Fun times and good food - can’t beat it!
